Witam, mam problem z pamięcią Ram 4gb jak jest wsadzona to brak obrazu a bez niej laptop się uruchamia na zintegrowanych na płycie. Pamięć RAM jest sprawna działa na innym laptopie. Jak wsadzam 2gb ram to laptop się uruchamia z obrazem ale nie zwiększa sie liczba pamięci w laptopie z 4 na 6gb. Sprawdzone było gniazdo czy któryś z pinów się nie odlutowal. Obstawiam że to wina bga pod prockiem ale może coś przegapiłem z stąd szukam innych rad. Jakieś pomysły co warto sprawdzić?

Hello!

Use a DDR4 RAM slot LED tester to test the RAM slot.

- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 95, 97, 241, 253, 255, 259 of RAM slot, when the machine is turned on with the additional 2GB RAM stick inserted in the slot.
- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 108, 134, 164, 254, 258 of RAM slot, when the machine is turned on without additional RAM inserted.

without additional RAM:
p108 - 1.2V
p134 -1.2V
p164 - 1.2V
p254 - 3.3V
p258 - 0.6V

With Ram 2gb:
p95 - 1.2V
p97 - 1.2V
p241 - 1.2V
p253 - 3.3V
p255 - 3.3V
p259 - 2.5V

I haven't equipped myself with an LED tester yet.

The voltages are fine.

Alternatively, you can measure the voltage drops to ground on all signal lines of the RAM slot, but there are many of them (more than 100).

voltage drops to ground:
p256 - 0V, 0.15 Ohm - signal DDR_B_SA0
p166 - 0V, 0.13 Ohm - signal DDR_B_SA2

this is okey hmm
Tomorow i get this tester RAM

On tester all diodes light up except:
DQS3-T
DQ68

Temat rozwiązany pin 76 nie dolegał do pamięci RAM, który jako pierwszy zbudził moje podejrzenie i zacząłem go czyści i skrobać i nic to nie dało. Tester pamięci ram znów mnie naprowadził do tego pinu i podjąłem ponowną walkę i wyciągnąłem pin bardziej do góry. Laptop zaczął widzieć 8gb ram. Jakby nie pomoc to może bym nie zdołał wygrać tą walkę! Dzięki :D ;)
