Witam serdecznie wszystkich

Jest przebity mosfet PQB11 i uszkodzony kondensator.

Zwarcia nie ma, ale laptop nie startuje. Sprawdziłem PUB1 BQ24781 i jest tylko n.28 - 19V, czy mogę go podmienić na BQ24780S?

The "ACDET" voltage on pin 6 of the charger chip is missing and that's most likely the reason for the missing voltages.

Have you tested the machine with a power supply that has a suitable DC plug? If so, inspect the DC socket of the machine for any physical damage.
Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 2 of transistor PQB17.

Laptopa już ktoś próbował naprawić. Gniazdo było robione, wygląda średnio.

It's a thermistor (temperature dependent resistor) PRB47.
PRB47= Thermistor PTC 10kΩ, package 0402 (TPM0S103P130R).
Datasheet attached.

The damage on this thermistor may be responsible for the missing voltage on the "ACDET" pin of charger chip.
Measure the resistance of this thermistor. The resistance should be around 10kΩ at room temperature.
