Krótkie pytanie, czy programatorem EZP2010 uda się zaktualizować bios w płycie H110M PRO-VD?

Probably yes. Depending on which BIOS chip is used on this board.
You should check, if used BIOS chip is supported in programmer (check it on Chip list - pages 2-4 in attached document).

To reflash the BIOS chip it is best to remove it from the board and program it in the programmer socket.
