Witam,
laptop po minimalnym zalaniu, klient podczas otwierania laptopa doprowadził do zwarcia urywając blaszkę zabezpieczającą gniazdo baterii.
Zwarcie w linii 3,3V - uszkodzony KBC. Po wymianie KBC laptop pracuje prawidłowo, ale nie ładuje baterii, wykrywa jej poziom na 100% lub 255%, ale nie pracuje na baterii ani jej nie ładuje. Podstawiłem nową baterię i bez zmian w zachowaniu.
Laptop miał ślad zalania na C5919 - AC_BAT_SYS, wymieniłem kondensator na nowy. Drugi ślad zalania był na układzie PU8801 - APL3533AQBI, oczyszczony z nalotu.
To co wykonałem do tej pory to:
1) czyszczenie ze śladów zalania
2) Wymiana układu KBC
3) wymiana tranzystorów PQ8903, PQH8901, PQL8901
4) wymiana kondensatora C5919
5) podstawienie nowej baterii
Napięcie na PL8901 czyli cewce przy baterii 0V. Rezystancja 34k.
Napięcie AC_BAT_SYS 19V dochodzi do PQ8903, za tym tranzystorem nie ma napięć.
Linia CLK oraz DAT z baterii dochodzą do nóg 88 i 87 KBC.
Na nodze 11 i 12 na PU 8901 BQ24780S brak napięcia.
Czy może ktoś mi pomóc gdzie mierzyć i szukać usterki?

Po wymianie BQ24780S bateria działa prawidłowo, ładuje się.
