ASUS RAMPAGE V EXTREME U3.1 - po wpięciu zacilania 12V CPU restarty.

Witam.

Płyta główna ASUS RAMPAGE V EXTREME U3.1
Objawy: Gdy wepnę 12V zasilania CPU płyta po 1 sekundzie restartuje się. Szukałem zwarć i nie znalazłem. Po podłączeniu 12V z zasilacza laboratoryjnego nic się nie grzeje na termowizji, a prąd pokazuje 20mA. Gdy płyta tak się restartuje to ISL od rezonatorów się nagrzewa do 30°C.

Jak można jeszcze namierzyć uszkodzenie?

Miałem podobnie na jakiejś płytce X299, problematyczny okazał się pin (jakiś od pamięci ram). Poszukaj jakiś wygiętych/spalonych itp.. Jeśli żadnego nie znajdziesz to nadal może być coś nie tak z dociskiem. Spróbuj docisnąć chłodzenie ręką, dość znacznie, następnie uruchom płytkę. Popróbuj też różne sloty ram. Kolejność zajmowanych slotów ram też ma znaczenie.
