#1 Asus UX301U - Power Button working, other signals not going low#

Hello
I have an Asus UX301U laptop that is not powering on, signs of very light liquid spill. It has 1V, 3.3V and 5V standby, LED light is on when adapter is plugged in. Power button (PWR_SW#) goes low when pressed but nothing else happens, so i am unable to see if the # signals go low.
Resistance to ground on VCCGT and VCCCORE is 11 and 13Ω
