Asus UX301U - Power Button working, other signals not going low#

Hello

I have an Asus UX301U laptop that is not powering on, signs of very light liquid spill. It has 1V, 3.3V and 5V standby, LED light is on when adapter is plugged in. Power button (PWR_SW#) goes low when pressed but nothing else happens, so i am unable to see if the # signals go low.

Resistance to ground on VCCGT and VCCCORE is 11 and 13Ω

End of power sequence is PLT_RST=H .
Last step before CPU generate SVID value to CPUCORE DC/DC converter .

I resolved the issue, IMVP8_PWRGD was 0V.

R8054 on the AC_BAT_SYS - P_IMVP8 line had slight liquid damage, this defective component was stopping cpu lines from starting. After replacing R8054 board powered on.
