Wydaje mi się, że to jednak nie jest Silergy, lecz jakiś nowy, chiński wynalazek - niestety, nie mogę odnaleźć oryginalnego oznaczenia na ten moment. Natomiast z nazw sygnałów na boardview wynika, że to jest jakiś komparator napięcia. Idąc tym tropem, na tej płycie występuje jeszcze jeden taki komparator (PU8904), który w innej rewizji tego modelu ma oznaczenie TS391CG-AF5-R (obudowa SOT-25). Datasheet tego układu pokrywa się z pinoutem na Twoim fragmencie boardview, zatem to będzie to.
