Asus X550J motherboard X550JX REV.2.1 only led on the pictures

This motherboard does not turn on.

With battery connected and connecting power supply battery charging led turns on as show in the first picture.
Pressing power button power led turns on, but motherboard does not turn on as show in the second picture.

All coils are 0 V except for 5V and 3,3V

Main bios has been reflashed, EC bios no, because I have not EC programmer.

What is the current consumption?.
Did you try to turn on the moderboard without the battery?, only plug power supply.

If there is no short-circuits on the board, You should unfortunately start with programming IT8585E.

If you solder the new "empty" KBC, then theoretically, it should be programmed automatically at the first time. But it is does not always work. Note that the inclusion of the moderboard will be considerably longer, so be patient;)
In addition, some shops in which you buy KBC, in Poland you can order programmed KBC for a specific moderboard. Ask your supplier if there is an option.

After replacing ITE 8585E nothing is changed

to check if signals appear in order.
First after pressing power button is "PM_SUSC#" (KBC pin 57) -> enable 1_35V_ON (KBC pin 83).

I didn't see PCB issue with missign parts.
Please help me to find missing parts, right voltages and check connections from J6201 to EC, voltages on J6201 too.

There are traces of flooding on the board.
In the places you have marked was nothing, close to J6201 possible ESD PROTECTION AZC099-04S.R7G AMAZING SOT23-6L.
I have marked yellow resistors for replacement: R4705 - 33Ω, RN4711 - 2,2KΩ.

No only near power connector.
5V missing on pin 2 where it comes from?

Check +12VSUS

+5VS comes from PQ9101 (PE532DY) pin1 (at the bottom of the picture).

Check if the signal PM_SUSC# appears after pressing the power button.

Check if there is voltage on two quarts: X2001 (32,768KHz) and X2101 (25MHz) near PCH.
Measure voltage to ground on KBC pin 14, 17, 26, 56, 96, 97, 107, 111.
