Dell Alienware M15 R3 uszkodzony układ PUZ605

Witam,
Jak w temacie, kupiłem dwie płyty Alienware M15 do zabawy. Pierwsza z nich miała uszkodzone ścieżki wewnątrz płyty po usunięciu spalenizny oraz oczyszczeniu oporności wróciły do normy.
Jedynym problemem, który zauważyłem był brak 5VAWL. Namierzyłem, że zwarcie jest na układzie PUZ605.
Wylutowałem PRZ05, który zasila nogę 7. Napięcie się pojawiło.
Teraz moje pytanie do czego służy dokładnie to zasilanie? czy mogę spróbować uruchomić laptopa bez wymiany układu PUZ605, a jedynie z usuniętym tym zasilaniem.

The chip PUZ605 is a power supply controller for the CPU. Without this chip the processor will not be powered at all.

Układ został wymieniony na nowy, płyta pobiera 0.10-0.12A brak autostartu.
Czy ta płyta powinna wystartować bez dodatkowych płyt na taśmach itp. ?
Czy da się wymusić start bez płyty z wyłącznikiem?

SW1 button - ON/OFF - dont change anything, still .010-0.12A. No reaction.
Bios leg nr. 8(vcc) - kOhm, but there is no 3.3v. strange....

I managed to start the motherboard. I don't know if it should provide an image via HDMI (no EDP cable).
It's strange because the motherboard doesn't react to a typical Dell power supply (the power supply is functional, including the ID).
It only came to life after connecting the Dell USB-C power supply.
