This machine comes without bios chip and all pads damaged.
I rebuilt them bought a new bios chip.
After flashing bios laptop power on fans spin and light keyboard is on but no video.
Blinking led 2 times amber and 1 time white (CPU FAILURE)
All CPU coils = 1V and it’s hot
GPU coils 0V and resistance to ground of GPU coils are 0,4 ohm
Ec bios has been flashed.

Hello!

- Measure the power consumption (in mA) of the board, when the machine is turned on with and without RAM memory connected.
- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, 39 of chip PUV01.

Power consumption with ram fluctuates from 330 mA to 600 mA very quickly and continuously
Without ram 300 mA

PUV01
2=2V
8=0V
9=0V
10=0V
11=0V
12=0V
33=5,1V
34=3,4V
35=3,4V
36=0V
38=0V
39=0,9V

Did you transfer the ME-region from old to the new BIOS?

- Measure the resistance to ground on pin 36 of chip PUV01.
- Measure the resistances to ground on both pins of diode DG2.

- Measure the voltages to ground on both pins of diode DG2.
- Measure the voltages to ground on both pins of resistor RG115.

It was no possible because original bios chip was damaged

Resistance to ground of pin 36 of PUV01 is 24K ohm
Resistance to ground of pin 1 of DG2 is 13,8 K ohm
Resistance to ground of pin 2 of DG2 is 13,6 K ohm

Voltage both pin DG2 = 0V
Voltage both pin RG115 = 0V

Before Vogelek23 deletes my message I told you that pin 5 of UC7 =0V
Pin 6= 1,48V
Other = 1,8V except for 4(ground)

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 8, 14 of chip UZ2.

Pin 8 = 3,4V
Pin14= 5,2V
