DELL Insprion-7577 brak obrazu

WItam. Laptop przyszedł do mnie z uszkodzonym (dziura) układem JHL6340 (thunderbolt). Po wymianie układu na nowy płyta się uruchamia. Napięcia pojawiają się na wszystkich cewkach oprócz CPU. Brak ładowania baterii:



Pobór prądu po podłączeniu zasilacza to ok 370mA bez wentylatorów. Gdy podłącze wentylatory to uruchamiają się na maksa. Grafika robi się ciepła.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 12, 13, 25, 26, 27, 35, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48 of chip PU5000.

Check the pd controller UT4 for damage, I've faced multiple la-e991p & 992 that doesn't initialize because of damaged pd controllers !

and make sure the same chip with exact letters is installed, it doesn't init with different chip..

TPS65982DA should be there if i remember correctly..

- On pin 3 on the place of chip UTPM1.

pin 2 UZ21 - on diode mode is open, resistance - 760ohm
UTPM1 is not present on my board.

I asked about measurements on two chips, but you only provided one measurement.

Also remeasure the resistances to ground on the same points.

PU25V00 = 0.47V (22k)
UTPM1 = 0.2V (500Ohm)

And again the measurements on pin 2 of chip UZ21 are missing.

In post #11 you specified different voltage drops:

- On pin 2 of chips
PU25V00: 0.46V
UZ21: 0.2V
- On pin 3 on the place of chip
UTPM1: 0.53V

Jeżeli to coś pomoże to zrobiłem test portu USB-C (ładowania) w taki sposób:

Podłączyłem zasilacz pod laptopa i wpiąłem telefon poprzez USB-C i telefon zaczął się ładować

Czy macie jeszcze jakieś propozycję jakie wykonać kolejne kroki w celu naprawy płyty? Pozdrawiam

The resistance and voltage drop to ground on pin 2 of chip UZ21 are too low.
Open (cut) the jumper RT110 and remeasure the resistance to ground on pin 2 of chip UZ21.
