Witam wszystkich,

Laptop: Dell Latitude 5590
Płyta gł.: DDM80 LA-F411P
CPU: i5-8350U

Problem jest taki że nie działają dwa porty USB, a trzeci połowicznie (działa USB2.0, nie działa 3.0) (w Windowsie jest komunikat "skok napięcia na porcie USB"). Pomierzyłem fizycznie porty i nie ma tam nigdzie żadnych zwarć, 5V dochodzi, natomiast jak zacząłem szukać co jest nie tak to wyszło, że linie "USB_OCx#" mają 0V, a raczej powinien tam być stan wysoki.

Napięcia:
+3.3V_ALW_PCH : 3,37V
+5V_ALW : 5,18V
USB_OC3# : 2,4V
USB_OC0# : 0,045V
USB_OC1# : 0,032V
USB_OC2# : 0,058V

Dla sprawdzenia zdjąłem układ UI2 (a później jeszcze rezystory RPC3), niestety linia USB_OC2# dalej ma 0V, a sam układ UI3 nie ma zwarcia na nóżce 3. Zmierzyłem też omomierzem i wszystkie trzy linie mają około 3Ω do masy. Wychodzi mi że walnięty jest procesor, ale może nie widzę czegoś oczywistego albo w ogóle brnę nie w tym kierunku ?

Jeśli masz na myśli linie USB_OCx# i wszystkie mają 3Ω do masy nawet ze zdjętymi układami UI1, UI2 i UI3, to diagnoza może być tylko jedna - uszkodzony procesor.

Tak, chodzi o linie USB_OCx#, wszystkie trzy mają około 3Ω do masy i po zdjęciu UIx nic się nie zmienia.
Czyli jednak procesor, a miałem nadzieję że może to coś innego :|, no cóż.
Dzięki za potwierdzenie moich przypuszczeń.
