Dell Latitude E5470 Display Problem

#1 Dell Latitude E5470 Display Problem

Model : Dell Latitude E5470
Bord id : ADM70 LA-C631P REV 1.0 (A00)

Laptop display is sometimes working (show picture) and sometimes not (show blank screen). Sometimes it's show Dell logo screen but then only show blank screen. LCD is ok. LVDS cable is ok. Need help.

Check voltage of RTC battery. Below 3V this models start to do stoopid things.
Check witg battery plugged to the motherboard.

RTC is already 3.3V. I aslo tested with Battery plugged to the motherboard. They are not the problem.

Check how it behaves on the external monitor.

Also check if bios is latest version.

On external monitor, it's running well. I also try to download latest bios from official website and upgrade bios. But problem still exits.

Pin 1 - 5.1V
Pin 10 - 3.3V
Pin 11 - 3.3V
Pin 18 - 13.3V
Pin 21 - 0V (When display is not coming) / 3V (When display is coming)
Pin 22 - 0V (When display is not coming) / 3V (When display is coming)
