Dell Precision 5530 z poborem 22mA - nie uruchamia się

Dell Precision 5530, płyta główna LA-F541P Rev. 2.0 (A01). Kupiłem za grosze nie działający z uszkodzoną matrycą jak się okazało, oraz bez baterii, chałasujący wentylator GPU... Laptop nie uruchamiał się, po przeprogramowaniu BIOS wstał i działał poprawnie. Dlatego znalazłem matrycę, baterię, oraz jeden z wentylatorów przyszedł z Chin i jak nagle wszystko mam pobór 22mA z zasilacza, laptop nie uruchamia się. 3V, 5V, oraz na cewce przy baterii 19,2V jest, UT2 i UT5 kości mają zasilanie, ale UH8 nie ma - jeszcze raz zaprogramowałem, ale bez zmian. Włącznik również sprawny. Od czego zacząć? Baterii nie ładuje. Kość BIOS dostaje zasilanie dopiero po uruchomieniu laptopa rozumiem?
Za pomoc w znalezieniu przyczyny wyślę 50zł blik.

- Measure the voltages on capacitors CE17, CE18, CE31, CE40, CE44, CE1501.
Measure the following voltages to ground:
- On pin 1 of resistors PR1942, RH533, RH5869, RT1136.
- On pin 2 of resistors PR101, PR106, PR108, RE145, RH5884.
- On pads 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 13, 15 on the place of connector JAPS.
- On both pins of quartz YE1.
- On all pins of transistors QRTC, PQ1906.
Transistors QRTC, PQ1906 pinout:


- Measure the voltages to ground on pin 2 of resistors RE34, RH6 in the following cases:
a) Power button released.
b) Power button pressed.

Measure the voltages on capacitors :
CE17 - 3,07V
CE18 - 3,36V
CE31 - 3,37V
CE40 - 1,18V
CE44 - 3,34V
CE1501 - 0,0080V

Zmierz następujące napięcia do masy:
- Na pinie 1 rezystorów

PR108 - 3,37V

on the place of connector JAPS (mam same piny bez złacza).

RE34 naciśnięty - 0,03V
RE34 zwolniony - 3,04V
RH6 naciśnięty - 3,35V
RH6 zwolniony - 3,35V

- Measure the resistance to ground on pin 1 of transistor QH1.
- Measure the voltages to ground on all pins of transistor QH1.
