This means that you measured a forward voltage drop of 0.728V, which is normal and a reverse voltage drop of 1.79V, which seems also normal since you measured at a very low current. The multimeter's measurement current on the diode range is typically somewhere around 0.5-1mA, while the reverse voltage rating of a zener diode is given at a current of 5mA.
