Customer damages the inner pins of the USB connector 3.0-notebook LA A921P lenovo. Bought a new connector now need to test to see if everything is okay. How can I test?

Just solder the USB connector and put some USB device in. Before making these things, make sure that the new connector looks identically like an old one.
Moderator Thank you very much, the only difference is that I located the terminal that is in another position that forced me to remove (cut) as in the picture.
Please also check if the contacts inside both connectors have the same direction (see the picture below). If yes, just solder the connector and test it using any USB device (2.0 as well as 3.0 due to the USB port specification).
