Witam. Wspomniany HP 15-CB060SA płyta DAG75AMBAD0 REV:D (MODEL: G75A), procesor intel i5-7300HQ, VGA GTX 1050.
Laptop działa normalnie na baterii, która oczywiście ładuje się do pełna po podłączeniu zasilacza.
Na podłączonym zasilaczu taktowanie procesora spada do 0,79GHz na odłączonym procesor działa z pełnym taktowaniem. Zmiany zachodzą w ciągu kilku sekund po podłączeniu zasilacza.
System zainstalowany "czysty", bios zaktualizowany.
Zasilacz zamiennik zgodny z wymaganiami laptopa, na drugim zamienniku (słabszym) to samo. Niestety innego zasilacza nie mam.

EDIT: Zainstalowałem program ThrottleStop 9.6 i po odznaczeniu opcji BD PROCHOT procesor działa w pełni normalnie. Oczywiście do następnego restartu.
Jeśli ktoś ma jakieś pomysły to zapraszam.

Hello!

Measure the following voltages to ground with the power supply connected.
- On pins 4, 5 of charger chip PU1001.
- On pin 67 of KBC chip.

Napięcia na PU1001 (BQ738H):
-pin 4 - 25,45V
-pin 5 - 3,049V
Na pinie 67 KBC (IT8987E) jest 0,497V (rozumiem, że to za niska wartość)

Edit: Dla potomnych- winowajcą okazało się za niskie napięcie na pinie 67 KBC - po usunięciu problemu napięcie w tym wypadku wynosi 1,036V
