#1 HP Envy 15-FE (LA-M794P) - Component Identification

Hello

I have a HP Envy 15-FE board number LA-M794P that is not powering on or charging. With a USB-C ammeter i can see that only 5v is negotiated with the PD controller, when looking at the board with a thermal camera the below component is reaching around 90 degrees celsius, i am unable to locate the PD controller, the symptoms are the same with both USB-C ports

can anybody ID this chip with markings fME0A?

Marking fMxxx refers to SY8032IABC (Silergy).
