hi to all
HP ENVY x360 - 15m-dr1011dx
mother board part no : 15.6 SABA MB WHL _4VRAM 18748-1 448.0GB13.0011
CPU :core i7 10TH GEN
When we turn on the laptop, it turns on and off three or four times, and then the power light stays on ....&no display. all coil seems have voltage except PL4801
several bios tested no change .The customer said that the device was very slow and then faced a blue screen, and after restarting the device, it did not display any more images.
