HP Probok 440 G7 nie ładuję baterii. Quanta X8M DA0X8MMB6D0 Rev D

Jak w temacie mam problem z HP, trafił z problemem działania na baterii oraz samym ładowaniem.
Winny okazał się zwarty kondensator PC8226 oraz PQ8204, wymieniłem teraz laptop uruchamia się poprawnie na samej baterii.
Po podpięciu zasilania, dioda zaświeca się na pomarańczowo i jest sygnalizacja w systemie ,,podłączono" jednak nie ładuje baterii.

Gdzie dalej szukać przyczyny? Nie mam drugiej baterii na podmianę.

Zamówiłem nową baterię (zamiennik) efekt ten sam, brak ładowania. System widzi baterie, rozpoznaje, dioda ładowania zmienia kolor po podłączeniu ładowarki, lecz jej nie ładuję. Charger do wymiany?

Your battery should be 3 cells therefore the voltage to be able to be recharged must be 12.6v and not 11.42.

If the resistance between pins 19 and 20 of PU8200 is 0 ohm, change PU8200.

Yes, I have a full short circuit between SRN pin 19 and SRP pin 20.

After replacing the BQ24780S, the laptop still does not charge the battery.

The only difference after the replacement is that the charging diode at the plug does not light up. When the laptop is reset, it blinks alternately white and orange and after a while goes out completely.

I bought another battery a few days ago.
The effect is the same: the laptop starts on the battery only, it starts on the charger only, I plug in the charger, the system sees the charger but the charging current increases by 0.2 V and that's it. There is an indication on the charging diode that changes its color to orange.

The mosfets are functional, the small parts around have been checked, the BQ24780s have been replaced.

I haven't changed the BIOS or KBC software yet.

I also tried charging it via the USB-C port, but nothing changed.

I also ordered a new power supply with higher power (90W). The original one provided by the customer is 65W.

When I connect a borrowed 45W power supply, the laptop flashes white non-stop at the power socket.

When I plug in the original laptop, the charging port lights up white, blinks orange 4 times and then turns off.

Replace the bios and remember to save the old one.

Możę gdzieś jest zwarcie. Sprawdź rezystancję do masy na tych pinach łaczących baterie przy wyłączonym zasilaniu

Rezystancja do masy na wszystkich pinach złącza baterii mam w kilo bądź mega Ohm.
Raczej nic nie przywiera.
Przymierzam się powoli do wymiany KBC, w zasadzie to już ostatni mój podejrzany.

Ewentualnie macie jeszcze jakieś pomysły co sprawdzić?
Tkwię już bardzo długo z tym laptopem i chciałbym go naprawić.

Sprawdź środowy pin na wtyczce zasilania.Ja też miałem problem z ładowaniem baterii i winny był ten pin.




Bez poprawnego napięcia na środkowym pinie kontroler KBC nie jest w stanie rozpoznać mocy ładowarki. W takim przypadku po prostu odcina zasilanie, nie pozwalając na ładowanie baterii.

Jakie powinno być napięcie na tym pinie?
Mam ładowarkę oryginalna klienta, oraz nowy zamiennik i efekt jest ten sam.

Próbowałem ładować też przez usb-c i zachowuje się podobnie zero zmian.

U mnie było 18.80 volt.
