APU: Intel Core i5-6200U (SR2EY)
KBC: Nuvoton NPCE586HA0MX
BIOS: GigaDevice GD25B128CSIG (128Mbit = 16MB)

Notes:
It is usually need to transfer the ME-region from old to the new BIOS, otherwise there is no picture on the screen. The ME-region is located at address "3000", length "1BF000".
