Laptop can't open with battery. Show windows in No Battery Detect. Not charging. Need help.

Pin 1,2 - 0.2V (Without Battery) / 10.8 (With Battery)
Pin 3,4 - 3.1V (With or Without Battery)
Pin 5 - 0V (With or Without Battery)
Pin 6 - 5V (With or Without Battery)

Hello!

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 4, 8 of transistors Q10, Q13 with the battery connected only (without power supply).

Pin 1 - 10.7V
Pin 4 - 10.29V
Pin 8 - 10.8V

Q13 pins
Pin 1 - 10.8V
Pin 4 - 0V
Pin 8 - 10.8V

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 8, 17 of chip U2 with the battery connected only (without power supply).
