Hello!
If it is a power supply transformer, it is probably custom designed for a specific device, so it would be hard to find a new one.
Without another the same working transformer for the comparison it is impossible to check if this one is good or not.
You could only check, if the windings are not in open circuit, but this kind of failure is pretty rare.
