Iiyama Prolite E481S zamiennik transformatora

Witam posiadam monitor Iiyama Prolite E481S którego zacząłem naprawiać. Po wymianie tranzystora STP9NK60ZFP i układu SG6841SZ zasilacz chce działać lecz na pinach transformatora po stronie gdzie ma 6 pinów nie ma napięcia i obstawiam przerwany obwód. Jaki zamiennik mogę kupić za niego? Transformator ma oznaczenie 80ll19t-3-t, a niżej daje zdjęcia

Na jakiej podstawie tak uważasz? Sprawdziłeś, czy uzwojenie wtórne ma przejście? Sprawdziłeś, czy transformator nie ma zwarć międzyzwojowych strony pierwotnej (krótka odpowiedź impulsowa na testerze)? Próbowałeś uruchamiać przetwornicę w trybie zabezpieczonym (ze zwartym tranzystorem transoptora po stronie pierwotnej)?

Testem diody wyszło tak na stronie pierwotnej 1 i 2 pin łączy się między sobą ale nie łączy się z 3,4,5 pinem które łączą się między sobą więc tutaj jest raczej dobrze, po stronie pierwotnej wszystkie 6 pinów łączy się między sobą. Nie próbowałem zwierać transoptora nigdy tego nie robiłem. Dlaczego na wtórnej stronie nie ma żadnego napięcia?

That's completely normal, there are multiple windings inside that transformer (as illustrated in the following pictures).

We're not clairvoyant here, so we can't know that without anything concrete measurements.

Perform the following measurements in reference to the "hot" ground. The "hot" ground is the negative (-) pin of the main 400V big electrolytic capacitor.
- Measure the resistance to ground on Source (S) pin of transistor STP9NK60ZFP.
- Measure the resistances to ground on pins 2, 3, 6, 7 of chip SG6841SZ.

- Measure the voltage to ground on pin 2 of transformer.
- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 3, 7 of chip SG6841SZ.

Be aware of high voltages.
Make sure to discharge the main 400V big electrolytic capacitor before handling the board.

Should I take the measurements when it's unplugged or plugged in? I have a resistor to discharge the capacitors so no worries

Napięcia mierzysz przy podłączonym zasilaniu (inaczej nie zmierzysz żadnych sensownych napięć). Natomiast rezystancje MUSZĄ być mierzone wyłącznie po odłączeniu urządzenia od zasilania - najlepiej jest odczekać kilka minut, aż wszystkie pojemności się rozładują, bo tylko wtedy zmierzysz sensowne rezystancje.

- I bought it damaged to repair and use. After unscrewing, the first thing I saw was a blown fuse, then I started checking the transistor that the element tester showed as damaged and a short circuit on the capacitors that connected to the system.

- The capacitors on the secondary side are bulging but I'm going to check them soon

- I do not know the previous history of this monitor

I checked all the capacitors with an element tester and they all seem to be in working order, all have low ESR below 1Ω and capacitance within 3% tolerance. I'm giving up, do you have any other ideas?

- Please, post a clear picture of the SG chip with a nearby surroundings and mark these capacitors in the picture.
- Is there still a short circuit on these capacitors after replacing the chip?
