Shortly I got my ordered (from HK) Intel HM86 chipset for replacement... original marking should be SR17E, but the one I became is marked with QE9AES (and engraved SR17E on die - something like this never done by Intel).
Looking on internet, I could only find, that under marking QE9AES are offered chips as HM86 or HM87 but what this chipset realy is stays unclear.
So, does anybody know what QE9AES chipset is? Did anybody used this to successfuly replace HM86? THX
