It's most likely a Chinese microcontroller. The datasheet for this chip is unavailable and the chip is also very likely not available at retail anywhere.
If my assumptions are correct, this chip requires programming, so the thing will not work even if you manage to find this chip somehow.

Faktycznie po twojej wskazówce i zagłębieniu się w temat wychodzi na to że jest to chiński mikrokontroler z wbudowaną pamięcią z którym nie da się za wiele zrobić.
Znalazłem stronę która podaje jak rozkodować oznaczenie tych układów w moim przypadku wyszło że ten układ to AC6963F, o którym nie znalazłem żadnych informacji.
Poniżej ściągawka dla tych co trafili by takie coś w przyszłości.
Dzięki bardzo matic za pomoc.
