Hello!

Please, identify the chip on the following pictures.

It is primary switching power supply controller chip.
It seems the chip manufacturer is a Fairchild Semiconductor.

Power supply model: Lenovo ADLX65NLC3A
PCB marking code: LiteOn PA1650-72I, Rev: A
