Nie napisałem, że stan linii PLTRST jest wysoki (1 V) ale nie ma piku do L, który powinien zrealizować CC186 (100P) a może jest tak krótki, że żadne z moich "urządzeń" go nie wychwytuje lub moje 71 letnie oko.
Zgodnie z wcześniejszymi sugestiami kolegów kupię jeszcze tester DDR4. Oglądałem pod mikroskopem gniazda DDR wyglądały na OK.

PLTRST# pownien mieć 3V3 na KBC, bo GPIO ma sense level.
Jeśli do KBC dochodzi ten sygnał, to należy sprawdzić DDR request na SDA/SCL na slocie DDR
Przy POST-error nie będzie inicjalizacji USB i oczywiście stały pobór prądu jeśli DDR nie zrobi operacji ACK i R/W.
KBC na tym etapie nie ma nic do POST, ale mozna sprawdzic aktywność magistrali LPC. jeśli jest martwa to problem lezy po stronie HOST czyli cześci 64-bitowej
Nawet jak nie ma DDR . LPC startuje...

Kupiłem tester. Ponieważ nie znalazłem instrukcji obsługi a jeszcze takiego nie używałem, włożyłem baterię i( intuicyjne bez zasilania płyty) wstawiłem w gniazdo RAM. Zaświeciły się diody ale nie wszystkie. Niektóre świeciły jaśniej.

Temat do zamknięcia jako nierozwiązany. Laptop oddany bez naprawy.
