Niemożliwe - piny 1 i 14 są ze sobą połączone, więc nie może być tu różne napięcie. Wymień baterię w mierniku i ponów pomiary.

Czy obraz jest wyświetlany na HDMI? Druga rzecz, brakuje tu kluczowych informacji odnośnie modelu płyty itd więc ciężko będzie "w ciemno" coś podpowiedzieć.
