Co mogę jeszcze sprawdzić i czy to są prawidłowe parametry. Z góry dziękuję

Measure the voltages to ground on both pins of resistor R412.

Reflash the KBC chip U27 with programmer. If it doesn't change anything, replace it.

U27 to MEC1653-BA1. Podpowie ktoś jak tą płytę przygotować do programowania tego układu ?

Solder the following components to the board:
- Resistors R600, R601, R602, R603 (all are 0Ω (jumpers), package 0201).
- Resistors R604, R605, R606, R607 (all are 10kΩ/5%, package 0201).
- Switch the resistor R435 to the position of R434.
- Open the jumper PJ3.

- Connect the SVOD4 programmer to the connector JTAG1:
JTAG1 pin 1 -> TMS
JTAG1 pin 2 -> TDI
JTAG1 pin 3 -> TDO
JTAG1 pin 4 -> CLK
JTAG1 pin 5 -> GND

- Plug the power supply to the board.
- Inject 3.3V from the laboratory power supply to the pin 6 of connector JTAG1.
