I transfered charger. The same, it works on the power supply only, on the battery only, on the power supply with a battery. But it doesn't charge

I wonder what is responsible for recognizing the power supply and battery?
Now batmon shows that there is no battery and no power supply. Previously, batmon saw the AC but did not see the battery.

Kompletnie nie mam pomysłu
Przelutowałem z płyty która ładowała PQ301, PQ302, PQ310, PQ311, PQ312 i PQ102. Przelutowałem rezystory pomiarowe PR327 i PR332. Dalej to samo. Wcześniej przelutowałem KBC i charger. Przelutowałem obie kości bios. Wgrałem jeszcze raz BIOS i KBC z płyty która ładowała. Dalej w batmon nie widać ani zasilacza ani baterii. Chociaż płyta działa na zasilaczu, na zasilaczu z baterią i na samej baterii. No i oczywiście nie ładuje

- Check the resistor RE22 (0Ω).
- Check the resistors RE23, RE24 (both should be 2.2kΩ).
- Check the continuity between pin 2 of resistor RE23 and pin 9 of charger chip.
- Check the continuity between pin 2 of resistor RE24 and pin 8 of charger chip.
- Check if 3.3V is present and stable on both pins of resistor RE22.
- Check the resistors RE23, RE24 (both should be 2.2kΩ).
- Check the continuity between pin 2 of resistor RE23 and pin 9 of charger chip.
- Check the continuity between pin 2 of resistor RE24 and pin 8 of charger chip.
- Check if 3.3V is present and stable on both pins of resistor RE22.
