MacBook Pro 13 A1989 820-00850 uruchamia się, brak obrazu na matrycy

Witam serdecznie,

posiadam MacBooka Pro 13 A1989 numer płyty 820-00850, który prawdopodobnie został zalany w
okolicach matrycy. Nie wyświetla obrazu na matrycy, ale widać że jakieś
podświetlenie na nim działa ponieważ ekran po włączeniu maca robi się
jaśniejszy (czyli backlight ok). Laptop działa bez problemu na zewnętrznym monitorze.

Czytałem na forum podobnym przypadku - o tu:

Również wypalony został L8504 od kamery i o dziwo po połączeniu ścieżek
ekran pojawił się ale po ponownym włączeniu laptopa znowu nie dawał obrazu
(może to był przypadek). Po demontażu matrycy są zagięcia na flexach, ale
wątpię że powodują całkowity brak obrazu

Na złączu matrycy J8500 na płycie głównej mam 9,33k Ohm na pinie 1
(edp_int_aux_n) względem masy. Jak zdiagnozować w tym przypadku czy to
problem z procesorem czy jednak matryca jest uszkodzona?

Na zdjęciach moja rzeźba z wypalonym L8504 i zagięte flexy. Dziękuje za

Are you sure that's the marking of your board? According to the pictures you attached, it seems you board has a different layout.

- Check the continuity between pin 46 of LVDS connector J8500 and point "A".
- Measure the voltage to ground on point "A".

Continuity between pin 46 of LVDS connector J8500 and point "A" - All good, the connection is established

Measure the voltage to ground on point "A". - 5.135V

Replace the LVDS cable.

I replaced the LVDS cable - no change

Measure the following voltages to ground with the internal matrix connected and external monitor disconnected, when the machine is turned on:
- On pin 1 of capacitor CC729.
- On pin 2 of resistors R5253, R5254, R8452, R8453.
- On both pins of resistor R4830.
- On cathode (pin 2) of diode D8410.
- On pin 8 of chip U8510.

I’m sorry it took so long, but it turned out that when I was reassembling the MacBook, the screen suddenly started working As if nothing had happened, the screen lit up without any problem, and I could use it without any issues. The camera and keyboard backlight worked, and the system detected the internal monitor without any trouble. I tested it for 4 days, and it worked flawlessly, waking up and functioning like new. However, on the 5th day, the display didn’t show up anymore, and now there’s no image, and it doesn’t seem like the screen is backlighting either. The screen is just dead, but the MacBook works perfectly with an external monitor as usual.

Measurements
pin 1 of capacitor CC729 - during startup 5V, and after 10 seconds 0V.
pin 2 of resistors R5253, R5254 - 0V R8452 - 5.136V, R8453 - 5.135V.
On both pins of resistor R4830. 0V
On cathode (pin 2) of diode D8410. 0V
On pin 8 of chip U8510. 0V I’m not sure if it’s correct, but on U8510, there is 3.3V on the unconnected pins (pins 6 and 10)

I took the measurements with the power supply connected and only the motherboard connected to the MacBook’s display (everything else disconnected except for the USB ports and the display). The voltmeter showed 5V and then a stable 20V during startup after connecting the power supply.

Zamieść wyraźne zdjęcie flexa od podświetlenia (tego drugiego wąskiego), zwłaszcza końcówki, ale nie od strony wtyku, tylko od góry. Mam podejrzenie, że możesz tu mieć klasyczny "flexgate".

Dociskałem, tłamsiłem w okolicach tych zagięć ale bez skutku. Trochę mi się wierzyć nie chcę że to może być flexgate jak laptop 4 dni chodzi bez zająknięcia i nawet nie mrugnie ekranem w żadnej pozycji , ale faktycznie są w dwóch miejscach są spore zagięcia taśmy, po jednym zagięciu na backlight i sygnale.

Podstaw sprawny ekran - podejrzewam, że właśnie te zagięcia powodują problemy z wyświetlaniem obrazu.
