Witam Kolegów
Medion Akoya P6634 MB: pegatron a17
Charger ISL88731C
Laptop bez baterii uruchamia się normalnie, z baterią nie działa w ogóle ale ją ładuje co widać po poborze prądu i diodzie ładowania.
Wymieniłem charger, Q8803, Q8804
mam trzy różne baterie i sytuacja jest taka sama na wszystkich.
Proszę o pomoc w nakierowaniu na problem.

Hello!

Measure the voltages to ground on all pins of battery connector with and without battery connected (power supply connected all the time).

Bateria \bez baterii zasilacz podłączony w obu przypadkach:

3 - 0,3V \ 0,3V
4 - 3,28V \ 3,20V - 3,3V pływa
5 - 3,28V \ 3,20V - 3,3V pływa
6 - 0V\0V
7 - 0V\0V
8 - 16,1V \16,8V
9- 16,1V \16,8V
Z baterią brak napięć na cewkach 3,3V 5V

- Measure the resistance to ground on pin 3 of battery connector (with the power supply and battery disconnected of course).
- Measure the voltages to ground on both pins of resistor R3004 with the power supply connected only (without battery).

Pin 3 Złącza baterii 50kOhm
R3004 - 3,29V po obu stronach

Measure the voltages to ground on both pins of coil L6004 with the power supply connected only (without battery).

Jest dostępny schemat do tej platformy? mam tylko boardview

The copper path on PCB between pin 1 of coil L6004 and pin 3 of battery connector is damaged. Restore the connection with a thin jump wire.

Połączenie jest, w tej chwili na pin 3 złącza baterii bez baterii jest 3,3V z baterią 0,3V
Staram się bardzo dokładnie pomiary robić

Measure the voltage to ground on pin 96 of KBC chip with and without battery connected (power supply connected all the time).

Pin 96 KBC Bez baterii 3,3V z baterią 0,3V
Dodam, że z podłączoną baterią podepnę zasilacz na kilka sekund zapala się power, następnie gaśnie i już laptop się nie uruchomi przyciskiem.

Measure the voltages to ground on coils L8100, L8101, L8802 and resistor R8800 in the following cases:
a) Power supply + battery connected.
b) Battery connected only (without the power supply).
c) Power supply connected only (without the battery).
