MSI GL72M, płyta MS-16J91 - nie uruchamia się

Witam Wszystkich,
MSI GL72M 7RDX-1087PL, płyta MS-16J91 REV: 1.0
Na płycie uszkodzony był U15 (SR30W) - było zwarcie na linii +VCCSPI oraz na cewce CHOKE11.
Mostek U15 (SR30W) oraz taśma matrycy wymienione na nowe.
Po wymianie rezystancje wróciły w granicy normy ale płyta nie uruchamia się.
Po podłączeniu zasilania pobór 0,003A, po wciśnięciu przycisku power pobór podnosi się do 0,010A i po chwili spada do 0,000A.
Po naciśnięciu przycisku power zasilania +3VSUS i +5VSUS są obecne.

pin 3 - 3,29V
pin 13 - 5,01V

Rezystancje na cewkach:
CHOKE11 - 3,96kΩ
CHOKE10 - 6,52kΩ
CHOKE12 - 41,61Ω
CHOKE9 - 102,00Ω

Nie wyczyściłem ME Region w BIOS po wymianie mostu, ale chyba płyta powinna ruszyć nawet bez obrazu.
Proszę o pomoc w diagnozie.

Are you sure you received a brand new PCH chip and not a used one removed from the donor board? Have you checked the chip under a microscope for any signs of reball?

Biorę układy od jednego sprawdzonego dostawcy, nigdy nie było problemów. Układ wygląda na nowy, nie widać było kulkowania, a klej wokół rdzenia jest jasno szary. Zazwyczaj układy używane i usuwane z płyty oraz poddane kulkowaniu są już delikatnie brązowe.
Myślisz, że z układem może być coś nie tak?

- Measure the voltages to ground on both pins of quartz Y4. It's best to measure these voltages with an oscilloscope. If you don't have it, measure with a multimeter.
- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 19, 37, 53, 108, 110 of KBC chip.
- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 114, 117 of KBC chip in the following cases:
a) Power button released.
b) Power button pressed.

Now disconnect the power supply, wait about two minutes, reconnect the power supply and perform the following measurements.
- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 32, 54, 95, 100, 116, 121, 127 of KBC chip in the following cases:
c) Before pressing to the power button (machine turned off).
d) Immediately after pressing to the power button (when the power consumption of the board is 0.01A).
- Measure the voltage to ground on coil CHOKE12 immediately after pressing to the power button.

Nie rozumiem, chciałem wykonać pomiary o które prosiłeś, a tutaj płyta się normalnie uruchomiła i działa poprawnie
Nie rozumiem jak to zaczęło działać, zobaczę jutro czy będzie działać, jeśli przestanie działać to wykonam pomiary.

Laptop działa prawidłowo, wiec zamykam temat.
