Witam. Mam pytanie odnośnie doboru zamiennika układu NCP81151BMNTBG. Jest to driver mosfetu na płycie głównej LA-H501P (PUZ2, PUZ3, PUZ4, PUZ5). Czy mogę go wymienić na IXDD604D2TR? I jeśli tak to powinienem wymienić wszystkie 4 na takie same czy jeden może być inny? Płyta miała zwarcie na jednym z górnych kluczy zasilania CPU i chciałbym profilaktycznie wymienić drivery. O ile wiem jak dobierać zamienniki mosfetów, to nie wiem jak sprawa wygląda z driverami. Pozdrawiam

You didn't even open the data sheet of both chips, isn't it?
If you did, you would probably notice that these two chips are completely different at first glance.
In case of NCP81151 the gate drivers inside the chip are controlled by the PWM signal, while the IXDD604 requires two input signals, each for one driver. The pinout of both chips are also completely different - the chip IXDD604 don't have the "SW", "BST" and "PWM" pins at all, which the NCP81151 has.
The IXDD604 chip package is also more than twice the size compared to the original one.
There is no need to look for replacements as the original chip is quite easily accessible.
NCP81151 is available for example on Allegro, Arvika, Lapkop.
