Proszę o pomoc w doborze zamiennika PKCH2BB dostępnego w Polsce
Oczywiście zapoznałem się z pytanie-o-element-ntgs4141-nt1g-w-dell-6320-t51922.html#p198619 ale średnio mi to wychodzi.

Szukaj zamienników tranzystorów mosfet z kanałem typu N zawsze po trzech najważniejszych parametrach (oraz jaki ma rodzaj obudowy, w tym przypadku PDFN 5x6P) :

- napięcie, Drain-Source Voltage VDS 30 V.
- natężenie, prąd drenu Continuous Drain Current ID 229 A.
- opór, Drain-Source On-State Resistance1 RDS(ON) 0.99 mΩ.

Na przykład: FDMS7650.
