Trafiła do mnie konsola z wyrwanym gniazdem 5v, optycznym oraz hdmi. Po wlutowaniu gniazda do standy 5v niebieska dioda mignie 2 razy i konsola się wyłącza. Gniazdo przylutowane dobrze. Przez chwile pojawia się napięcie 12v. Proszę o pomoc gdzie szukać usterki.

Measure the resistances to ground on pins 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 15, 16, 18 of HDMI port. Pin 1 is on the right side of connector (looking from the solder pins side).

Measure the voltages to ground on all coils for a short time, when the machine is turned on. You may have to turn on the console multiple times to measure all of the voltages.

Does the APU chip heat up when the machine is turned on?

Try to reflow/reball the southbridge (SCEI chip).

Yes, it can be replaced but it is probably not damaged.
For now it is enough to reflow / reball it.

Unfortunately not. This way there is a high possibility to permanent damage the motherboard / chip.
You need a BGA rework station to do that.
