Programowanie pamięci tabletu poprzez UART - pomóżcie

Witam.
Mam problem z tabletem GoClever Terra 90 opisany w tym temacie https://www.elvikom.pl/goclever-terra-90-martwy-po-aktualizacji-firmware-t33658.html
Doczytałem, że możliwe jest zaprogramowanie NAND FLASH poprzez UART. Udało mi się zdobyć drugi, działający, egzemplarz Terry 90. Chciałbym sklonować zawartość pamięci NAN FLASH z działającego tabletu na martwy. Mam adapter RS232 na USB.
Jak mam się wpiąć w płytkę od tabletu i za pomocą jakiego programu zgrać zawartość pamięci z jednego tabletu i wgrać do drugiego?
Z góry dziękuje za wszelką pomoc.
