Zwracam się do kolegów o pomoc w rozszyfrowaniu tranzystorka.
Brak schematu do urządzenia.

Wygląda na to, że jest to tranzystor PNP - KTA1633 (obudowa SOT-89). W czym to pracuje?

Tranzystor pracuje w dużej przetwornicy zasilającej lampy UV. Popaliło się trochę elementów, wielkie dzięki za pomoc. Mam trochę problemów ze znalezieniem tych elementów. Spalone dodatkowo mam tranzystory IRFP460LC.
