Układ występuje na wielu innych płytach Samsunga, poszukaj na allegro uszkodzonej i będziesz miał z wylutu. Np. auckja nr 2318581544 lub 2279614794.

Jako zamiennik można wstawić np: FDMS9620S, należy tylko sprawdzić, czy będzie miał wystarczającą wydajność prądową. Datasheet: http://www.promelec.ru/pdf/FDMS9620S.pdf
