#1 Bad ITE IT8502E ?

Hi all,

I have resolved now Lenovo Y560 (Quanta KL3A, DAKL3AMB8E0 REV:E ),
which did not start (totally dead, no current from power supply, standby 3V,5V and 3V on
power button are OK), by common "power reset" (PWR button hold 60sec without AC and battery).

Technically, what exactly causes this situation?
Is it bad EC (KBC) chip ITE IT8502E and need to change?

Hi, inverter cable is often broken and it burns IT8502.
