Dell Latitude D500 Motherboards Compatibility

I have an Broken motherboard of an Dell Latitude D500 with PCB mark Code: DA0JM3MB8F2 Rev.F and I want to know what is the equivalent motherboard, and where i can found it, what model? Some friend suggest me Dell Latitude D520, I saw that is not similar, I think that Dell latitude D600 is good. Any suggestions?
