Witam, jak w temacie szukam zamienników układu MDU1511RH

Czy mogę zastąpić ten mosfet mosfetem TPCA8028-H albo TPCA8030-H ewentualnie mam jeszcze AON6428

One są dwa razy słabsze i mają dwa razy większy rds.on

Zapomniałem dodać że mając pdf wszystkich tranzystorów, nie potrzeba pisać posta na forum, tylko samemu sprawdzić :oops:

No właśnie nie do końca wiem na jakie wartości patrzyć w pdf`ach

Musisz patrzeć na te wartości, które oznaczyłem od 1 do 4
1-2 muszą być takie same
3 musi być takie same lub większe
4 im bardziej zbliżone będą te wartości tym lepiej - mosfet które wstawiasz nie może mieć kilkukrotnie większej rezystancji od oryginalnego tak jak w tym przypadku. Rezystancja ma większe znaczenie w przypadku lini zasilania o niskim napięciu np 0.9V jak zasilanie rdzenia graficznego.

Nie nadaje się, ulegnie uszkodzeniu najpewniej.
Poszukaj na kartach graficznych jak masz jakieś.
