Witam,

Tablet Ferguson Regent TV7. Po włączeniu pokazuje się logo Ferguson i na tym wszystko po chwili następuje restart i tak w kółko.

Wrzuciłem na kartę SD najnowsze firmware, przytrzymywałem Power + Vol+ jednak nic nie "zaskoczyło"
W bootloadera poprzez Power + Vol+ też nie wchodzi.
Po podłączeniu pod PC mam informację "Skok napięcia na porcie koncentratora" na laptopie w ogóle nie ma żadnej reakcji po podłączeniu.

Proszę o pomoc

Skąd pobierałeś firmware? Z tego co widziałem to trzeba to przygotować za pomocą USB Burning Tool.

wrzuciłem na kartę microSD nic więcej i włączałem poprzez Power + Vol+ nic więcej. Ma Kolega informację co dokładnie trzeba zrobić?

W paczce z firmware jest opis i wszystko co jest potrzebne-sterowniki i USB Burning Tool.

Nie widzę nic na ten temat
Cytując instrukcję

"aktualizacja jak w Regent TV8:
1. kopiujemy rozpakowaną zawartość folderu na kartę SD. na kartę 4GB nie wejdzie!!!
2. wyłączamy tablet.
3. VOL+ i POWER
4. Czekamy

Ile to trwa?
20m - aktualizacja
+2m - pierwsze uruchomienie"

Gdy wybieram - File - Import Upgrade File program wyrzuca info
"find no upgrade config please load it manually"

Gdy klikam Start
"Please check progress control file"
