Dzień dobry, monitor jak w temacie, iiama ProLite E2207WSV GPD-003, po podłączeniu do prądu dioda mruga, po podłączeniu zasilacza od reszty podświetlenie zapala się i gaśnie, kondensatory wymieniłem, na złączu do reszty płyty mam około 3v zmienia się z 2,9-3,5v. Dorzucę zdjęcia płyty.

resistance between points is 0,46kΩ

Remove highlighted transistors from the board, and check if you get image on the screen.
Of course, the backlight will not work, so you should light up the screen with external light source.
