Hello!

Please, identify the component on the following picture.

Package: SOT-23
Component designation on the PCB: TR605
I assume, it is a transistor. Other transistors on the board are also designated as TRxxx.

It is located on the board from the active speaker. Schematic is not available.

Thanks for the reply, but I don't think so.
According to the 2PD601A datasheet the marking code should be: W6D, W6E or W6F.
Mine looks like W6K.

As of high resistances on this circuit, please compare this: PBHV8115T. It may also be a PMBFJ174 FET (measure the resistances between legs): http://www.makuwang.com/search?keywords=W6K&choice=1
