lenovo yoga 3 14 "/ NM-A381/ help to program IT8386E

Hi ,
This motherboard doesn't start , so i found short on IT8386E
I replaced it, now laptop start but no display .
i think i must program IT
i use programmer with Vertyanov JIG ver 4.C.
When i check connection i have this message "ITE we do not respond, check the connection and settings. MB powered? (00)"

Can you tell me why ? I forgot anything ?

Have you connect the power supply to the motherboard during programming?
Without this the KBC chip is not powered.

i soldered wires because cable 26 pin not apply contact correctly , it don't orks so i plug motherboard and i can program , manythanks Matic .

So i have other problem.
It start again without dislpay.
Motherboard start when i plug
i replace TPS51716 ; BQ715
i check some voltage :
PL301 0.540v
PJ 303 0.5v
PJ 304 0.17v

what i have to check ?

Measure the voltages on pins 5, 6, 8, 12, 16, 17 of PU301.
Measure the resistance to ground at pin 1 of PL301.
