Hello!
I solder such chips like all other chips in the QFN package :
1) Clean old solder with solder wick.
2) Tin all pads of the PCB board and all pads of the chip itself with soldering iron. I also use flux to make it easier.
3) Clean PCB board and chip with IPA.
4) Apply some good flux on the chip area.
5) Align the chip with the pads on the board and solder it with hot air.
6) Clean the chip area with IPA.
