Urządzenie wielofunkcyjne Kodak Hero 7.1

Po włączeniu i wygraniu języka otrzymuje komunikat aby wyjąć zakleszczony papier w tylnej części drukarki.
Kod błędu 3528. Oczywiście wszystko jest czyste, nie ma ani odrobiny papieru w środku.
Gdy nacisnę OK otrzymuję następny komunikat z kodem 3527 mówiący o głowicy drukującej a dokładnie, aby wyczyścić i sprawdzić instalację głowicy.
Wszystko jest czyste, suche, styki wyczyszczone izopropanolem. Tusze oryginalne.
Po naciśnięciu ok słychać jak rusza głowica ale kod 3527 pojawia się ponownie.
Gdy otwieram górną pokrywę głowica nie przesuwa się do środka, a z tego co wiem to powinna.

Nie mam głowicy na podmianę ani nowych tuszów.

Gdzie szukać rozwiązania tej usterki?
