I need bios dump for this board.

processor i5 6200u (SR2EY)
KBC : NPCE285PA0DX
Bios : 8 mb 25B64CSIG

the laptop starts automatically once the power adapter plugged in .

If so, the issue is probably elsewhere on the board.
Most likely bad KBC chip or bad PCH part of the APU hybrid.
